Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.erinbailey.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories and original sales receipt (or packing slip for web orders) to ensure full credit. 

Return or exchange online orders by mail. To locate your order number, simply review your order confirmation. A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. 

• Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an order number
• For merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price. After 60 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. For online orders, the window for returns and exchanges will be determined by the delivery date of the shipped items.
• We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange 30 days of purchase. All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in original packaging.
• Final Sale Policy: Please note that any item marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
